Jean is an accomplished career logistics executive with over 30 years’ experience in the rail, distribution, and transportation consulting industries. She has in-depth expertise in a wide variety of disciplines, including executive leadership, logistics/railroad network operations, budgeting, financial analysis, and project administration.

Frank Boka

Frank is a respected chemical industry expert with more than 30 years of procurement and supply chain experience ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to independent ventures. Frank has demonstrated a long-term record of producing outstanding results by developing, implementing, and leading creative business solutions which he now brings to clients of PLG Consulting in his role as Senior Procurement Consultant.

Bill Graham

Bill has over 20 years of business development experience in the environmental services industry – specializing in transportation logistics, energy production, solid waste management, and site remediation.  Bill’s additional areas of expertise and direct experience are in large-scale facility development and project finance in the renewables sector, including solar, wind and biomass.

Ben Guido

Ben is a registered Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience in railroad design and engineering, including layout, materials, construction and operations planning, site selection, and infrastructure design. He has been the principal engineer on hundreds of rail projects, providing design guidance and construction oversight throughout the United States.

Phil Ireland

Phil has extensive hands-on senior level experience in supply chain management, asset sizing, strategy, and network optimization gained from 30 years working with the Canadian Pacific Railroad where he was responsible for development and execution of the $5 billion revenue plan. Phil has specific experience in developing crude by rail supply chain solutions including asset optimization and pipeline terminal development.

Roger Nelson

Roger is a career freight railroad executive with over 35 years of experience in Class I, short line, and regional railroad management and ownership. Roger brings to PLG his expertise in railroad operations, engineering, marketing, and safety.

Jay Olberding

Jay is an analyst with a mechanical engineering degree who uses his strong analytical skills to put together detailed, fact-based research. He has experience running the logistics for an ethanol marketing company and working closely with the trading department.

John O’Leary

John is an experienced professional with expertise in chemical logistics management, including transportation, customer service, purchasing and transportation policy and regulations. He has demonstrated success with organizational change, solving problems, negotiations, cost savings, regulatory compliance, and installing new business processes and systems.

Timothy Rhoads

Tim is an accomplished 30-year chemicals supply chain professional with leadership team experience across merger and acquisition, divestiture, and consolidation initiatives within two global matrix organizations. Tim is focused on client success through his key strengths in supply chain strategy, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) programs, supply network design, and business process optimization.

Mike Spahis

Mike is an accomplished career logistics executive with over 30 years’ experience in the petroleum, chemical, and metals industries. He possesses in-depth knowledge in a wide variety of disciplines, including diagnostic assessments, commercial and operational logistics, logistics technology, and performance metrics across all transportation modes.
