PLG Consulting, a Chicago-based leading logistics and supply chain consulting firm for the industrial economy, today announced the appointment of Matt Morrow as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). He previously served as EVP of Operations and Managing Director for the consulting firm AIP Group.

Morrow is an operations veteran bringing an impressive 18-year career of executive experience in global operations management, marketing strategy, market expansion, and performance management. His accomplishments span diverse sectors, including consulting, professional services, technology, and finance. Prior to joining PLG, Morrow was the EVP of Operations and Managing Director at The AIP Group, where he spearheaded the development of comprehensive business operations strategies, identified growth opportunities, led M&A efforts, and implemented efficiency improvements, resulting in substantial revenue and EBITDA gains. Morrow has also held senior leadership management roles in customer experience, operations, sales, and finance at QuarterSpot, Apple, Bank of America, and ARAMARK. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
