Robert has over 30 years of experience in the chemicals industry, with expertise in petrochemicals, refining, and advanced recycling. He has a proven track record of leading commercial organizations, engaging clients to generate results, and building solid relationships at all client organization levels. Robert has experience negotiating and executing commercial agreements for supply and product sales, 3PL services and transportation, and mergers & acquisitions — both domestically and internationally. Robert’s long-tenured career with BASF included managing its largest North American joint venture company ($4B P&L), international business management ($250MM P&L), and strategic planning. Robert is the founder/co-founder of two companies, including an advanced plastic recycling company. He is a chemist and has been a professional speaker at prominent industry events.
