Daniel is an experienced railroad professional with over twenty years of project management experience. He is responsible for railroad project scoping, due diligence, design, plan production, permitting, and construction execution.

While Chief Engineer for Fort Worth & Western Railroad, a 287-mile short line railroad, he was responsible for a $4MM CAPEX and maintenance-of-way budget in addition to management of public projects. He has managed the railroad portions of the front end loading stage for the world’s largest propylene oxide and tertiary butyl alcohol plant, including railroad geometric design and permitting, utility mitigation support, and other railroad consulting support for civil engineering and plat plot plan design.

Daniel is a Track Safety Standards and Railroad On-Track Safety trainer.
